Does Kamagra have dangerous side effects?

Question: I have been taking half a kamagra tablet twice a week since 1998...i would like to know if this would cause any adverse side effects, and if it only lasts in your system for twenty four hours is it working as a placebo effect, in which case is it worth me stopping it?
