MyOnlineDoctor is owned and operated by FMC Marketing Ltd, a UK registered company established in 2003. FMC Marketing Ltd is one of only a handful of Independent Medical Agencies to be registered with the Care Quality Commission. This means our systems, personnel and premises have been inspected and audited to comply with the Care Standards Act 2000. Our CQC certificate number is 1-96916901. In addition, our systems are regularly checked by the MHRA to ensure compliance with their latest guidelines.

How can patients be sure that their data and confidentiality is secure?

We use 128bit SSL (secure socket layer) level encryption which is one of the most advanced encryption technologies available today. This is provided by Geotrust. Any information sent over the internet is encrypted into an unbreakable code before it is sent. This ensures that no third party can intercept and decipher any personal information.

MyOnlineDoctor is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), which is the internationally recognised standard of best practice in processing and storing payment card data. We are registered in compliance with the Data Protection Act, Registration No. niq942.
