Question: I recently tried four of your Cialis 10mg tablets over a period of about a week or so and found that they had absolutely no effect at all. Is it worth me trying the 20mg tablets or should I switch to something else? I would prefer to use Cialis if possible.

Although they essentially work in the same way, the ED meds are mixed with different ingredients and react differently in different people. If you are using the tablets as regularly as 4 per 8-10 days there is also a daily dosing regime for Cialis which means you will have a constant effect and don't have to worry about forward planning or about food having an affect on absorbtion.However, it may be that Cialis is too weak for you. Of all the ED treatments Cialis tends to have the weakest effect and this is in part due to the fact that its effect is spread over a day. If you have tried 10mg tablets and these have not worked it may be worth changing to Levitra or Viagra. As Levitra and Viagra last about 4 hours their effect is concentrated in a shorter release time – Viagra of all of these treatments gives the strongest erection and lasts for the shortest time.
