Question: What is the best ED treatment for Ramipril patients? ...I have previously ordered Cialis 10mg to treat erectile dysfunction. I was taking Atenolol 50mg to control hypertension and one Cialis 10mg worked. My doctor changed me from Atenolol 50mg to Ramipril 2.5mg. Since then the one tablet of Cialis 10mg does not work as well - erection initially OK but softens during intercourse.

Should I try increasing the dose to two Cialis 10mg or would Viagra work better for my circumstances? If so, what dosage is advisable?

Answer:My advice is to increase the dose of Cialis from 10 mg to 20 mg. If this doesn't work the second choice would be Viagra - starting at 50 mg, increasing to a maximum dosage of 100mg if the lower strength is not working. Another option would be Levitra Orodispersible but try the 20 mg of Cialis first to see if your erections improve.
