Question: I have been taking half a kamagra tablet twice a week since 1998...i would like to know if this would cause any adverse side effects, and if it only lasts in your system for twenty four hours is it working as a placebo effect, in which case is it worth me stopping it?

Answer:Kamagra is the name of one of the many generic versions of Pfizer Viagra (sildenafil citrate). Viagra is patent-protected which means that, until the patent expires, Pfizer is the sole authorised manufacturer of this medicine. Therefore, any generic version is not controlled and as such potentially dangeours since the consumer/patient has no way of verifying quality standards and ingredients. We can therefore not advise you on the effects of Kamagra. If you wish to take oral medicines to treat erectile dysfunction, it is highly advisable to only take genuine, branded medicines such as Viagra, Cialis or Levitra, all of which need to be prescribed at a doctor. Based on yoru medical history and your lifestyle habits, he or she will be able to help you find a suitable treatment.
