Question: I have previously ordered Cialis 10mg. I had previously used this to treat erectile dysfunction. I had informed you that I was taking Atenolol 50mg to control hypertension and one Cialis 10mg worked. Since December 2006 my doctor changed my from atenolol 50mg to ramipril 2.5mg. Since then the one tablet of Cialis 10mg does not work as well - erection initially OK but softens during intercourse.

Answer:You will need you try out a medication to see if it works for you. You can try to increase the dose of Cialis from 10 mg to 20 mg. If this doesn't work the second choice would be Viagra - starting at 50 mg, increasing to a maximum dosage of 100mg if the lower strength is not working. Another option would be Levitra but try the 20 mg of Cialis first to see if your erections improve.
