I had informed you that I was taking Atenolol 50mg to control hypertension and one Cialis 10mg worked. Since December 2006 my doctor changed my from atenolol 50mg to ramipril 2.5mg. Since then the one tablet of Cialis 10mg does not work as well - erection initially OK but softens during intercourse.

If this doesn't work the second choice would be Viagra - starting at 50 mg, increasing to a maximum dosage of 100mg if the lower strength is not working.
