Can I take Propecia to Israel?

Question: I am moving to Israel for at least half a year, and I am looking to stock up on Propecia, because otherwise I will run out of my prescription when I am there, with little idea of how I can refill it. Can you prescribe 6 months’ worth to me on this basis? Would it be possible for you provide a document to show to the airline to account for the prescription?

Answer:We can prescribe up to a maximum of 6 months’ worth of Propecia to you, and we can also supply a note from our doctor which confirms the medicines supplied we prescribed for your own personal use. However, please check any drugs restrictions with customs in your destination country before travelling. If you are found to be carrying medicines which are not legally permitted in Israel, not recognised in Israel, or are carrying a quantity exceeding the maximum amount permitted, your medicines could be confiscated and you may be fined or prosecuted.
