Is Microgynon good?

Question: Hello, I went to the doctor today and got prescribed Microgynon. It haven’t started taking it yet, but I’ve been reading reviews and lots of women have given negative feedback after being on this pill. I am particularly worried about the mood swings. How good is this pill and what side effects can I expect? Thank you
