Best contraceptive I have tried so far, with no side effects

i was on dianette for about 6 years it was the first birth control i ever tried. at first i loved it my skin was beautiful and i felt womanly curvy and sleek but i also put that down to healthy diet, skin regime and lots of water low stress. i did gain a lot of weight on it and my boobs became massive and sore. i gained from 55kg to 63kgs within a year and got the most horrendous stretch marks. without changing my diet and actually even eating less!! but i stuck threw it and eventually the stretch marks faded i got used to my new huge boobies and by the last few years my weight slowly went down again and establised a stady weight at 57kg. altho my spots started again and i would go through times of having lots of spots on my chin and the occasional cyst would pop up especially in the last year of taking it moch more frequently. it was happenign a lot i also felt very depresseed for no reason and sometimes felt like i couldnt face the world or get out of bed. constantly tired and would get terrible migraines. i never put it down to pill and thought maybe there is something else wrong with me but after many tests and blood tests i am fine. maybe the last year my body said it just had enough ! but im not saying its all bad i had some very wonderful times on dianette too. i think it was time i changed and now we wil1 see how yasmin works one week in and my energy is soaring !

Would not recommend to anyone that used this for clear skin! At first it gives you the worst breakout of your life and then mildy goes away but after that the bad skin continues. Been on it for 11 months and have not seen any improvement in the skin. Hoping to try others!

I have always struggled with my periods ever since my first one. After i lost a baby in January i tried this. I didnt get my period for 6 weeks as is standard after that. My first period came back fine and it went after 7 days. GREAT! then one week later i had another 7 days ok i can deal with that the same happened for the next 2 months. Now i have been bleeding non stop for 8 weeks. I dont know if its the pill or its me am going to see a specialist in two weeks so will know more then. Apart from that no other side effects like the ones i normally get from the others i have tried.

I've been on the pill for roughly 9 months now and I'm sad to say the cons out weigh the pros! I went on the pill to help with period pains and it did help to an extent, I don't get cramps, I used to take so many painkillers throughout the day but now I just take on in the morning and it's fine! However, this is not enough to take away the constant mood swings, the feeling of depression that lingers for a few days, the funny effects it's had on my skin, making it more oily, spotty and red. I also had a small clot. This is only my experience, I know it takes many tries to find a pill that's right for you so this is just an idea of what it was like for me! I've decided to come off the pill as it's not worth it for me, good luck any one giving it a go! :)

Been trying so may different pills now I forget howmany. This one really works without sending me up the walls.
