Registration FAQ's

How to register?
Enter your personal details followed by your medical information. The whole process should take less than two minutes to complete. Upon successful submission, Our GMC-registered Doctor will review your consultation and recommend treatment where appropriate to do so.

What happens next?
You will receive an email confirming whether our doctor has approved you for treatment. If approved, you can login to your account and place your first order. There may be occasions where our Doctor requires further information from you. When this happens, we will contact you again via email with further instructions.

How long will I have to wait?
All registrations are checked hourly during normal office hours. Outside normal office hours, your consultation will be reviewed first thing the next working day.

How do I know my details will be secure?
